Let groups book together, without one person fronting $5,000.

Turn abandoned carts into booked trips

Instead of one person fronting the full price, the organizer taps "Hold with EscrowFly". The dates are held for 48 hours while the group pays its shares. If the pot fills, you're paid by a single-use virtual card. If it doesn't, the dates release automatically and everyone is refunded.

Zero-tech integration

Paste one script tag and a button into your checkout. EscrowFly handles group sign-up, collecting payments, refunds and issuing the card. Your server reads the card from one API call, or listens for a signed webhook.

Performance-based rebate

For every group trip funded and booked through your platform, you earn a rebate on the funded volume (pilot partners: 0.5%–1%, set in your agreement).

Risk stays with EscrowFly

You only charge the virtual card after the group's money has been collected into escrow, so a friend who doesn't pay or a failed transfer never reaches your books.

What happens when things go wrong

  • The group doesn't fill the pot: the hold expires after 48 hours, the dates release, and every contributor is refunded automatically. You owe nothing.
  • A chargeback: EscrowFly is the merchant of record for group contributions and handles disputes with contributors.
  • Card use: the card is single-use, capped at the exact funded amount, and limited to travel merchant categories.
  • Full terms, refund policy and the "Who holds the risk?" matrix: Terms & disclosures
